Refund policy

As all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, if any size adjustments or minor alterations are required, the dress can be altered
within 7 days of delivery. Customers must notify us within this time period to arrange the
alteration.

After 7 days of delivery, alteration requests will not be accepted.
